Our Founder

Snooze was founded by Matt Smith, a husband, father of three, and 26 year veteran of the sleep industry.

Matt started at 19 on a commission sales floor and spent decades working directly with customers. Over time, he saw the same pattern repeat across the industry. Heavy promotions. Little focus on real outcomes.

In 2019, he launched Snooze with a different approach. Treat sleep as a health decision. Use technology to guide the process. Build clear systems that owners can execute.
